I am currently trying to follow Tracy's suggested transition routine found on pg 230 of "The Baby Whisperer solves all your problems"

I am onto the day 8-11 section, but I am confused. The times listed must be typos because they do no t make sense. I thought I understood the plan, but now I am not sure.

In this stage she suggests 3 naps [1.5, 1.75 and 2.0 h] No cat nap, but earlier bed time.
She also suggests that morning activity time increase to 2h.

Where my confusion comes in is the activity time before the other 2 naps.

Does the A stay the same for the rest of the day? Or should they be increased as well??

Any insight or advice would be great

Hello,

This has come up before (and confused me too!).

I think this FAQ might help:
Time to Transition - 3hr, 3.5hr or 4hr EASY

but pls post again if you're still not sure :)
