It got a little better:
First nap up at 30 min... Rolling etc. Got drowsy went back to sleep with a little help shush/touch after 30min... Slept for another 30

Second nap better only awake for 10 mins after her 30 min nap and she completed the 2h time slot...

That gave me hope of course...
Now today she did not go back down after her 30 min wake...

Does this mean we should increase AT again??

Update:
So we have had 4days of "perfect" napping and her regular one NW for feeding

Today her first nap was 2h after 2:15 AT (her AT shortened again after DST)
Now she has been resisting the entirety of her 2nd nap. Same AT and same cues that we have been following for past week.

Any thoughts?

She has been mantra crying for an hour. Shall we let her go at it alone until next feed as long as it does not escalate??

What is our next play? Increasing AT?

Thanks...

Back to 30min naps... Screaming and crying.

I can't seem to figure this out.

I think it sounds like an UT/OT loop....I would go back to a 2h30 A time consistently, I suspect after a short first A and good first nap (occasionally needed as a catch-up) she was UT and therefore resisted the next one.  And then got OT hence back to 30 mins.  DD used to do that, we had more luck if she wasn't asleep quickly in getting her up, playing for 15 more mins then putting her back down.  Left to her own devices she would just keep playing and never settle.  Then end up OT.

Hang in there x

That is what I figured.
Thanks!

Is there a growth spurt around this time (5.5 months). My LO woke twice to eat last night, I can't remember the last time she did that.

Yep - it's usually around 6mo (5,5-6,5) and tends to be close to moment when you start solid introduction!

Thanks!
We have been having LO sit with us during meals with her own dishes and spoons.

Need to think about actually putting food on her plate now :)

If you want to be 100% compliant with standards you can wait until 6mo but because of that GS we also started a tad earlier. And really even small amounts at that age made a difference!

LO chatting in her crib after 60 min. This is UT I assume. But I did increase her AT by 10mins today. I guess that was too little. Is it normal for a baby to require a 15-20 min AT increase in one day?

It can happen during times of developmental leaps and also if A times have been too short for a while :)  I wouldn't read much into one nap though, see what happens with the new A time after a few days and then increase again if needed x
