Hi ladies,
DD2 has been textbook throughout the day and night. But for the past 3 nights she has been mantra crying for 30+mins around 11pm - 1am. We can see that she is still asleep via camera (eyes closed, not moving much) and when we do finally go in we normally have to wake her up and feed her.
Just wondering if we should just let her mantra cry (keeping the rest of the family up) or do we do something else to help her go back into a deep sleep? She's also starting to WU between 6-6:30am; not really an EW but wondering if there's a pattern. She's also congested (since Saturday) which also coincides with sudden start of these long mantra cries at night.
Her EASY routine is quite solid:
ATs of 3:10-3:30
Naps are usu 1:15-1:30
BT is usu 6:45-7pm
