You never know what may happen. I thought I had completely messed up the day after clock changes and actually it turned out OK!

Soooooo she hasn't stopped crying all day 😔  the naps are okay and night time is okay but during awake hours she is positively bawling her eyes out constabtly. She was so upset at one point she put her head in my leg and bit so hard it bled. She doesnt seem sick and nothing to suggest illness, apart from teeth and drooling? Those eye teeth do seem to be taking a long time...

Could it be something else upsetting her? Perhaps the clock change? Not sure but I feel like I'm failing as a mum right now. Today was very much a "I don't want to adult" kind of day.

Those canine teeth caused us all sorts of problems. He was grumpy and very very clingy and needy. Now they are through he is so much better.

I swear they arent moving those teeth! The top ones especially have cut but barely pushed down. We've been having early rising but with crying from 5.30am?its getting colder so I added an extra piece of clothing tonight to rule it out.

18mo today and never been more cranky!

Tuesday 4-April
WU: 7.00
Nap: 1.40-3.00
BT: 7.10; 7.50 asleep

Wednesday 5-April
WU: 7.10
Nap: 1.00; 1.15-2.50.
BT: 7.00; 7.30 asleep

Thursday 6-April
WU: 5.30 crying off and on. Dozed but completely awake at 6.30.
Falling asleep in car at 9.30. Cranky and miserable when out.
Nap: 12.55; 1.00-2.20. Dozed again until 3.00 when I had to get her for school pick up.
BT: 7.05; 7.45 asleep
NW: 10.30 crying out.

Hi ladies! We are getting random nap lengths typically 1hr20minutes and now crying every morning at 5/5.30 am. She does seem to go back to sleep but I can't work out what is wrong or how to help. As the cooler weather starts I'd dressed her a little warmer in case she was cold but it's still happening.

I have, is that the most likely culprit? They've all cut the gums, just not come down 😔
I gave meds for nap today and she slept 2.5 hours until 3.30 which now I have a screaming child in her cot, not wanting to sleep at 7pm. Although we are at my mum's so could be something else. She's been here countless times. She seems to be settling with the door open and light on and me doing WI/WO...might take a while though.

Short nap and 5am wu could easily be teeth, and yes I would say she is undertired for bedtime now. If the meds gave her a long nap that would point to teeth too. I would try meds before nap and bed. But maybe cap the nap next time about 2hrs or 3pm?

I hate capping or waking from sleep...This morning she struggled but didn't seem to want to get up until after 8am from her 5.30 then 6.30 crying bursts.. I've just held her in my arms and she's calmer in bed and not screaming.
She actually fell asleep just before 8pm but then she woke up crying again! Perhaps not just UT but teeth too. I went and gave her a quick pat and some meds. Poor sausage!
