20 Month Old Sleep Regression
« on: April 05, 2017, 18:13:36 pm »
My 20 month old started the 18 month sleep regression at 17 1/2 months.  It was miserable with many wakings per night.  Now, we are down to only one night waking and have been for a couple of weeks!  So much nicer.  She wakes up, wants her pacifier, and then will sleep until we get her up for the day.  However, we are ready for her to sleep through the night on her own again and not wake up wanting her pacifier. She is waking up at different times each night.  How can we get her to either sleep through the night or put herself back to sleep?

I'd second more pacifiers. At one stage we had about 5 in the cot  ;D
Down to 2 now, occasionally 3 if I missed one! 🙈
