My 5 month old keeps waking up around 3:45am for NO reason. He isn't cold. Sometimes he feeds and other times he doesn't so it's not hunger related. What do we do to break the cycle?

My LO did that for awhile and the ladies here suggested that it might be habitual. So then I would send my hubby in around 245 (1h before usual wake) and he would slightly jostle her. Wake to sleep. It interupts the sleep cycle.
Good luck

Hi there ky88 and welcome to BW forums
Have you had any success using wake to sleep to help with your LOs night waking?
How's your routine now?
