I did ask dr to check him last week & he said no. He is too happy on his back & not showing any discomfort apart from hiccups after some of his feeds.

Yeah, just the progression you're describing sounds a lot like it. Could be something simple like a sore throat too so just do what you have to do for now and keep a watch - he may be fine in a few days. If it keeps going for a while and/or his weight gain is not what it should be, maybe revisit the 8dea with your doc.

Thx. Will keep that in mind. I'm pretty worried about his lack of appetite although he seems well otherwise

Still making the same amount of wet nappies, etc.? Drinking milk is one of the few jobs of a baby - if that's not going well and his output is reducing noticeably, definitely worth getting him checked by a doctor.

Yes no change in nappies. Still wet & one dirty nappy per day
