Transitioning from co-sleeping
« on: May 29, 2017, 22:31:55 pm »
We have had some success with getting her to settle herself. The biggest problem is we started co sleeping. I didn't intent to do it, we just went into survival mode when she wouldn't sleep on her own and she was screaming every night. She's much better now that we've started a bedtime routine and her reflux is pretty much gone. Do you have any advice on how to transition to her own space?  Should i start by having her in a bassinet in our room first and then move to her room, or just go straight to putting her in her room?

Hi - i would start by putting her in her bassinet in your room as she is used to the already. Then move her to her own room later x
