Have you tired capping his morning nap and trying a long PM nap? Both my LOs refused an afternoon nap when doing the 2-1 if the morning was long.  With both I had to cap the morning nap to 30mins and then did the long PM about 3hrs later.  So if he consistently goes down at 10am do 10-10:30 and then the afternoon nap around 1:30pm.

I would try but it's hard because my older one has things going on in the afternoon so morning is best for us because we are home and he can get the longer nap. Man this is tough with the second baby. I still have no idea why he was up so early.

My DS1 was long am napper and short on cat nap if needed at that age but DS2 will do 30 mins am and then long nap at 12 noon.

Could be worth trying then you could be out and about by 2pm x

As soon as I can get him to wake later and camp is over I'm going to try to push out his one nap around lunch. I know how he can handle the long A time if he can just sleep until at least 630 am! I'm hoping it will look like this : 7 awake 12-2 nap 7 bed or something like that. I know he's young but my older lo also went to one nap young. He also completely stopped napping at 2 though :(.
Yesterday he was up at 520 napped from 930-1030 which is short for him then I got him to nap from 330-415 I woke him. I put him in crib at 330 it took him 30 mins to fall asleep though!

I forgot to mention that he went to sleep at 730 last night and is still asleep at 630 am! Just not sure how I will do nap today with camp. Didn't really plan that out lol. Maybe he'll just do an hour in morning 1030-1130 as we need to to leave by 1145. He hates to be woken up though. then I'll try to sneak in another nap in the afternoon again which is tough for him and just do the two naps if he'll take them until the end of camp.

We've finally started to wake at a decent time in the morning! Yippee. Still having a hard time timing the nap. Just recently he's sleeping until 630-7 and won't take the nap before school run but can't make it until afterwards so he'll dose off in the car around 12 but wakes as we get home 1215 or will only sleep 30 mins. So it messes up our one long nap idea but then hes not tired or it's too late for another nap. Maybe today I can see if he'll go down at 11 which is a 4 hr A time but then I'll have to wake him by 1140 to leave for school run and he'll never go down before 344/4 for second nap which will be too late. Ugh. I've been trying so hard to push out his schedule and get later mornings and it finally worked but with this school run I still can't make it work. 1 more week of camp then I'll have the flexiblilty. But I'm just worried that I'm not being consistent enough now to help guide him into a routine if that makes sense. He was doing wake 630 nap 10/1130 bedtime 7 but just recently I can't get him down that early for nap and he's also sleeping until 645/7 am.

We've been waking around 630 (can be 615 or 645) he's always asleep by 1020 and I have to wake him by 1140 to do school run. Today he woke in his own at 1135 so 1 hr 15 mins. I hope im not getting him into that routine I'm just trying to let him get at least that decent nap before school run. Next week starts me pushing back nap. I was thinking I'd try 11 and see how he does. Is that too much ? How long should i wait to push him to 12? He's been asleep by 7 pm.

Hi you could could just go with his mood a little, My DS1 had to moved in 15 min slots but DS2 can handle a big jump.
I'd try 11 and hold for 2/3 days then maybe add 15/20 mins on x

Well it's slightly later in the day than you've been getting so I'd just keep going with it, if you've been getting an hour 10 mins from 10.20.

We r doing good. Yesterday napped from 11-1245 today we were out so he didn't go down until 1220 and is still asleep at 2! An 1.5 is a huge difference not sure how he was able to do that. We will probably try for nap around 1130 moving forward.
