10 wks, routine help pls

How many hours night sleep is normal for 10 wk old?

Today LO woke up 8.15, could it be that bed time is 730 or too early?
WU 8.15
S 9.15 (slightly shorter A time than usual)
A 10.45 (I woke him up here)
S 12 (woke after 45 min, would only stay sleeping if I held)
A 1.30
S 2.45 (again woke after 45 min and would only stay sleeping when held
A 4.15
S 5.25 (we were out of house here and he fell asleep in carrier)
A 6.10 (when back home, although nursing/sleeping til 6.20)

Usual awake time is 1 hr 15 min

Does 730/745 bedtime make sense? Count last awake time from wake up Or from after nursing cuz kinda sleep-nursed....

Also should I be waking LO after 1.5 hr nap or after 2 hr?

This link is really helpful - https://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=84884.0

Routine looks good :)  Personally I never woke from naps - the only reason to really is to make sure you get enough feeds into the day or if too much daytime sleep is disturbing the nights.  If it's going well, don't change it!

Hi!
This link might also help https://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=85130.0

I have a 10wk old too and his A time is also around 1.15-1.30.
7:30 bedtime sounds great to me, it's what I've been trying in fact (although with little luck), but with my older two that's when I'd put them down for the night.

i'd say if he's going to sleep with no fuss at that time and it works for your family, keep it.

Thanks, I reference those 2 links all the time! That was the first time he ever had such an early night -  I think fogurong out the 1 hr 15 min awake time was key, and not letting naps get longee than 2 hrs, esp his first  nap cuz otherwise he thinks he is just still in night sleep

He's been going down ok at 730/8 and sleeping 45 min to an hr and then needing so much rocking to stay in sleep mode. Hoping this is just a short period of time to teach him "this is night time" cuz all the rocking makes me crazy!

Last night bedtime was at 8 but from literally 8 til midnight LO needed to be held or rocked cuz he did not get in to a deep enough sleep to be put down! Every time I tried, he woke right back up! Any tips???
