Hi ladies!
Having EW issues here and not sure if it's just a regression or if it's her routine- or both!
I am about to start charting my LOs day to post.

But in the meantime, I'm struggling trying to find a post on average amounts of day and night sleep for toddlers and average A times.

Also- her day is now 13 hours (usually with a 2 hour nap). Is that pretty average around here?

What time is WU, nap and BT hun? A 2hr nap is totally normal for this age, but the timing could just be off.

BT was 7:30 last night
She woke at 5:00ish, bts until 6:00ish
Nap 12:30-2:30

I'll do bedtime at 7:30

Her days are 13-14 hours depending on EW and naps are usually 2 hours

I wrote her nap down wrong above.

It was 12:30-2:00
BT was 7:30, asleep around 7:45

She woke up crying at 6:30 so no EW just a grumpy wake up ;)

I think what I would do hun is try to push the nap to 1pm.  It's going to make for a long morning, but I think if you push the nap the WU will move.  It won't happen overnight, you are going to need to hold it for a bit.  And I would keep the BT about the same.

Thank you! Yesterday was

Up at 6:30
Nap 12:50-2:30
BT 8:15

Up at 5:30 crying, rested and back up at 6:00 crying

I few days a week I have to pick my other child up at 1:30 from preschool. So I have to have her nap done by 1:20pm or start at 1:40.

Tricky!

I think I'm off on her A times now too and not sure how long she needs before bed anymore and making long days for heh
