Hi everyone,
Been doing PU/PD with my 5 month old daughter for 5 days and gone from all naps in the carrier to all in the cot, albeit generally 30 minutes except for one longer one a day. Up until today she's gone from taking 45 minutes of PU/PD to 3 minutes of simply holding the swaddle so she can't thrash her legs and she's asleep.
Last night and today however we've gone back to 45 minutes and full on PU/PD again. She's not been out of the house so dont think it's an overstimulation or change-of-scenery thing.
Jusr wanted to hear if other people saw a regression around this time, and if so will it pass if we just persevere? And if so, roughly how long?!
Sorry just also have a toddler and husband's leave ends next week so time is running out!!!
Thanks in advance
Briony x

Hi, sorry your post got missed.

Yes, there can be a regression and often its around the 5-7 day mark, tends to last 3-4 days if you remain consistent with the approach.

Just want to check your routine is reasonable given you're still having some short naps in there - do you mind writing out your EAS?
