1-0 Transition
« on: September 21, 2017, 17:38:00 pm »
I saw there is a support thread for this transition, but I was hoping for a FAQ on it? Or a well written list of "symptoms" and common strategies?

Anyone know of something like that?

We have moved countries, and taken a long trip to get here through several time zones, so both boys have had challenges and we have lost quite a lot of sleep. But now LO (3yrs) has started to refuse naps a little. When he finally goes to sleep he sleeps LONG and then is grumpy when he wakes and struggles to go to be at night and wakes up in the night, so it seems obvious to me that he is ready to start the transition? I am not keen to drop the nap, I was hoping it might be a symptom of the move.
