3.45 A time has been giving me 45-50min naps so thinking I should head back to 3.30 and stick there for a few days?
Those are UT naps more typically but could just be tricky to transition between cycles whilst ill.

When is she waking through the night?

Usually if she's down at 7pm up again at 23/23.30/00 then again at 03.00 then 04.45 then 06/06.15 for the day. Last night was much better.
BT 7pm
NF 12am
NF 3.15am
WU 7.45am

She had both breasts at the first feed. Both times I tried to settle her with shhhh pat first unsuccessfully, both times she went down wide awake.

That's a pretty reasonable night, that 4:45 waking is a bit much but may be UT or wind from the 3:30 NF.
