Today my 15 mo lo woke late about 715!! Which is great and he went down for nap at 1215 easily. And slept for 2.5 hrs!! Woke at 250. He usually goes up for bath and pjs and milk around 630 in crib by 7 but I'm wondering if tonight he'll need a later bedtime ? What's the average day?

Correction. He didn't wake at 250 I had to wake him by 3. I've never had to wake him before but I thought any later than 3 would affect bedtime. He had immunizations yrsteray so I think that's why he was so tired.

You really shouldn't change routine based on the day after immunisations. Give him a couple of days and see if he reverts before changing things.
Fwiw, the routine you have seems reasonable for a child this age.
