4 feeds a day?
« on: November 07, 2017, 12:16:02 pm »
Hello!

My baby is coming up to four and half months. And on a three hour EASY.
My problem I'm having in implementing the four hour is that she wakes around 7am and sleeps around 7-7.30pm so only gets in four feeds. Very rarely she has a small extra feed if she awAkes up at varying times or asks for milk earlier and I then feed her again at bedtime.

Is staying on a three hour easy okay?

Morning she can't stay awake still for more than 90 mins. Daytime max 120 mins. Evenings however she is happy to have a small thirty min nap and go three hours as the last hour is wind down and bedtime routine.

Any insight or advice??

How much is she taking in each bottle and how much in 24 hours?

If your routine suits and she is thriving then you can do what you need to really, if it's not broke no need to fix!

If you want to post your routine we can have a look and see if we can suggest any tweaks.
