Hello everyone,
It's me again.
I'm writing you after a very long and intensive shush/pat action
... I started after haven't tried it for a while and my 10 weeks old DD is used to fall asleep in my arms. It was intense 30 minutes (was that already too long?)and I actually put her down for 45 minutes. Then I tried again and after 50 minutes I gave up as she was going crazy.
I have the problem that I can't calm her down with shush/pat if gets upset in the crib. So in the end I have to pick her up a lot of times and it reminds me of pu/pd. What am I doing wrong?
Sorry after 50 minutes shushing my lungs out and patting her back I am exhausted as is she!
Help!
Thank you for any advice!
