11 month old help

Hey Mamas!

I could really use some help with my 11 month olds schedule. About a month ago we transitioned from two, 1.5-2h naps to a short cat nap in the morning and a full nap in the afternoon. It seemed to fix the short naps and night waking struggles for a couple weeks but now we ran into trouble again

This is what or schedule was:

Wake 6:30am
Nap 1: 9:30am  (wake at 30-45mins)
Nap 2: 1:30 (1.5 hours)
Bed at 7pm

For the last week or so we’ve had multiple night wakings and for the last two days he’s been waking up at  5am wanting to get up for the day.

We are both exhausted and grumpy! Any help would be so appreciated.

Hi there!  I do wonder if you’re ready to continue heading to one nap and cut down on day sleep sone
More.  Have a read of this and see if anything rings a bell https://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=163278.0

The other thing that I can think of is maybe some discomfort (teeth) or something developmental (pulling up to standing, starting to walk, etc). Does any of that make sense to you?
