5am awake for the day at 13 months
« on: December 18, 2017, 10:26:25 am »
I've recently weaned my 13 month old from his 4:30am  feeding. He would just cry and get frustrated when I woke him to feed, so we stopped. But now he wakes at 5am or 6a and he's up for the day. It's just way too early especially since he only does one nap a day now. How can I help him sleep in? He used to sleep until 7am.
