- Pre-emptive pre-nap burp (though I guess feeding probably takes up almost his entire A time) +/- tummy massage to try and get that wind out
- Trial without the gas drops - they basically make the little bubbles of gas all join together and sometimes can be more hinderance than help
We’ve tried both and neither make a difference

Do you have a sling or baby carrier you can wear him in for some naps?
I do and I’ve tried to have him nap in one several times but he won’t stay asleep and he ends up crying.

That's really the end of my knowledge wrt gas... does he sleep on his tummy with his legs tucked under him? Can really only do it while you're able to watch him but it was a good position for settling DS.

I really think reflux is probably the bigger issue for him still, so maybe its worth revisiting the PPI dosage with the paed (like increase mg/kg).

What is his dose of which med and what is his current weight?

He does sound uncomfortable.
