So we seem to have sort of cracked the EMW. Some days better than others. However, a few days ago our LO started getting separation anxiety, I can’t even shower in the same room and she freaks out. She had woken in the night now and is really upset. Another leap? How do I deal with this as I’ve slept with her on me and also next to her cot to keep her calm?

If it’s SA then best is to reassure and maybe try gradual withdrawal for sleep. It will ease up x
