Should I allow a longer nap for ew

Oh Hun sounds hard mental health doesn’t need to be hidden away by her. I guess if she is having your LO and she wont do as you ask on those days accept the longer nap and later BT and look at the sleep over 24 hrs, so if she naps for 1.5 hours but only has 10.5 hour night it’s not too bad over 24 hours if that makes sense.

I do try and look at it like that but for some reason it’s like an ot sleep as she’s so restless settling and then lots of tossing and turning waking this morning and terrible mood 😔
She’s at nursery today so they’ll do the 45 min nap and I’ll stick her in bed early.
The other thing I haven’t mentioned is she’s eating loads at the minute. Do you think that’s part of all this? She’s never been a massive eater x

I thought that although with her previous growth spurts she’s always slept better 🤦‍♀️

She was woken accidentally at Nursery today after 30 mins so was very tired and grumpy tonight. She was not impressed about bedtime at all, we had shouting and smacking, her smacking us 🙈, sobbing etc
She was down and out by 7!
Hubby of course doesn’t get it and thinks I’m a nutter by moving bedtime earlier. I tried to explain the whole ot thing and he just looks at me like it’s all me and my anxiety!! 😡

I completely give up and to add insult to injury I was hit by a motorbike in my car in the way to work today 
Today she woke before 6 again, I saw her so bit the bullet and went in to see if I could re settle her. Her pull up was wet and she felt cold so I took it off, pulled her in with us and managed to re settle for another 45 mins or so. She’s had 45 mins at Nursery and is currently resisting bedtime big time. We’ve had several delaying tactics from supper to toilet!!
I genuinely don’t know if she’s ot or ut and after my day today I don’t think I’ve any more tears left to cry 😢
Sorry for offloading yet again, bad day. At least the lad in the bike is ok and it was his fault not mine, he went through a red light.

Oh hun your just having a rough time. I know it’s hard but it will be ok if her sleep is off she won’t suffer any bad illness from it she will just be grumpy and I know it’s hard to deal with but you can get through it!

The 1-0 is a mixture of OT/UT and trying to figure it out! Some times it’s hard to figure out which one it is x

The problem is I know this but it’s my anxiety that takes over 😔😢
Some days I can just get on with it and others I really struggle.
Having a motorcycle go over my car didn’t help 😳

She’s decided to go no nap at Nursery today. They tried but she wasn’t having any of it 😳. She’s very grumpy so fingers crossed an early bedtime works. At least she wasn’t up at 5:30!!

Ah it’s so scary when they just decide no more naps...my DS2 hasn’t napped for last 2 days at Nursery the joys, BT was 6.45 really could’ve done with being earlier but just didn’t get there with Work, food etc.

I’m sure you will hear if she needs you Hun x

We’re the same, bt was down for 6:35 ish, asleep by 6:45. Part of me wishes the naps would just be done with but I know I have to ride the nap dropping roller coaster first 🤦‍♀️

With DS1 I worried for ages, DS2 I just go with him more and on the days I can control I force a nap but driving or buggy walk but otherwise EBT.  I hope you get a good long night x
