Currently the worst bedtime we’ve ever had, screaming going to bed and clinging onto me 🤦‍♀️😔

That sounds more developmental or SA than tired. How was her day?

Was a good day at Nursery. She had 45 mins nap and was a little bit off after but soon came round.
It may be sa as her dad has been away for 3 months 🤦‍♀️😳
So far so good after a testing start to the night she’s still asleep at 6:20 👍🏻
I’m not as you can see!!! 🤦‍♀️

Hi, daddy wasn’t back at that point so wasn’t that. We’ve done a few days of shorter naps, yesterday at Nursery was the shortest at 30 mins and she happily went to bed at her usual bedtime. Not sure what time she woke this morning as her monitor wasn’t working so I couldn’t check. She’s been in a good mood, no major meltdowns so I think I’m just gonna go with the flo. I don’t really want to move bedtime earlier if I can help it cos she loves to watch bedtime hour and knows she has her bath after and then to bed. If she looks really tired I may shorten bathtime by 10 mins or so.
Fingers crossed she manages to tag extra sleep onto her mornings 🤦‍♀️

Oh sorry was confused with when daddy returns/returned!

Definitely good to be able to go with the flow a bit as the 1-0 nap transition is a bit wing it and see 😉

I don’t know whether she would cope or not without a nap to be fair. How much is it habit because of Nursery and the routine, which we tend to replicate at home. I think I’m just going to continue on the reduced nap and see how she goes. Just kills me when I think she’s not getting enough sleep. I wouldn’t mind but she’s now active than she’s ever been. Dancing and jumping and running. Do you think it’s more development issues? Sorry, I just struggle with anxiety and hubby doesn’t get it x
