My 10.5 month old has been doing really well with a 45 min morning nap and a 2 he afternoon nap for a while with good wake up and bedtimes, then he was ill a couple of weeks ago where he was waking a lot in the night and wanting milk - I guess for comfort and his sore throat.
Ever since he waking up at 5 - I’m guessing it’s like a habit now(?) and wants milk and to get up for the day. If I leave him he just screams.
Any ideas how to get back on routine s little and stop this early waking?
