I never thought I would be posting again.
So we've been doing great for the past several months. Her sleep has been like this for 4 Mo's or so.
Wake 7:30
Nap 12:30
Wake 2:30
BT 8
Last week she woke @ 7. Didn't think much of it.
Then this week she woke earlier and earlier...6:30, then 6. Now @ 1am!!! The past 2 nights she woke @ 1am and Stayed up til 3:30 -4am (brutal).
At this point should I be changing her sleep? And if I do should I be adjusting her naps or nighttime sleeps?
It seems like the her schedule really suits her age at this point, but it could be also that she doesn't require too much sleep.
Any suggestions?
