Hi all! I need your help! My daughter will be 6 months old in a week, but since a few weeks the night has become a nightmare and I'm also afraid of getting something wrong in the day nap. First of all, her first routine was:
8 wake up and
8,50 / 9 change diaper change
from 9 to 10 activities in the gym
10.15 / 10.25 nanna (Nap-sleep time)
11.45 / 12 alarm clock (awake) and feed
12.30 / 12.45 change diaper
From 13 to 14.30 / 15 gym and baby bouncer with me and my husband while we are having lunch
14.20 / 14.45 (maximum at 15) feed
15 / 15.15 change diaper
15.30 / 16 bed of 2 hours / 2 and a half hours
18 / 18.30 wake up and feed
19 change diaper and nasal washes
19.30 / 19.45 activities (baby bouncer in the living room with me or in the crib wake up to play)
21.30 feed
22 change diaper
22.30 / 22.45 nanna all night
The schedules are keeping them, as much as possible, always the same. The problem is that for some weeks I've been trying to make her sleep alone, without results except for a few rare times. In addition I realize that she is sleepy after every feed, but I would not let her sleep more than a couple of times a day because I'm afraid to steal hours of sleep at night but keeping her awake from 11.30 to 15.30 and from 18 / 18'15 at 22 / 22'30 I realize that she gets nervous a lot. For some time then she started waking up often at night, before she had to give her a pacifier and she went back to sleep alone in no time, now no! It takes a lot! She turns and turns around, agitated and nervous, she is awake, she reactivates, I wait before intervening to see if you go back to sleep alone but remains an hour and a half awake and then cry because she wants the pacifier, my hand, my caresses, and let's spend another half an hour! Tonight she woke up at 3.45 and fell asleep only at 6'30 after breastfeeding (it is the first time I give up and suckled before 8, but this time screaming and I could not reassure her in any way). The pediatrician tells me it's her teeth, but most of the time she wakes up without complaining, she just wakes up and can not go back to sleep. I am destroyed! She used to sleep all night, with at most a couple of quick awakenings, but now I'm not closing my eyes and I'm sorry for her because I realize she's a lot more tired! Please help me understand if and what am I wrong !!!
