Starting P.U/P.D for eleven month- stop dream feed at same time?

I am starting the P.U/P.D method for my eleven month old baby. She still has a dream feed at around 11:30. Should I stop that at the same time as starting the P.U/P.D or should I get that going good and then drop the dream feed? I am not sure if doing it both at once will cut out a later step or it will make things more complicated. Thanks!

Is the df breast or bottle? Is that the only night feed left? I'd be inclined to leave it if she takes a good amount.
