14mo old...here we go again

Hi all,
I never thought I would be posting again.
So we've been doing great for the past several months.  Her sleep has been like this for 4 Mo's or so.

Wake 7:30
Nap 12:30
Wake 2:30
BT 8

Last week she woke @ 7. Didn't think much of it.
Then this week she woke earlier and earlier...6:30, then 6.  Now @ 1am!!!  The past 2 nights she woke @ 1am and Stayed up til 3:30 -4am (brutal). 
At this point should I be changing her sleep? And if I do should I be adjusting her naps or nighttime sleeps?
It seems like the her schedule really suits her age at this point, but it could be also that she doesn't require too much sleep.
Any suggestions?

I would say that I would wait up to 2-3 weeks of such a plan to see if it the change will stay. Schedule looks fine and I don’t think there is much you can do a capping nap at that age is rather difficult. If it helps, we had this 2h night breaks couple of weeks ago for 2/3 weeks. I really thought it would kill me!!! But it passed away thanks god!

No advice, but I came here to figure out what's going on with my 14mo and found your post. He is still on 2 naps (wakes constantly with 1 nap), and everything was great until this week and he's been awake and laughing and playing from like 1-4AM. Jumping on my head, getting into things in the room (we cosleep). It's been awful!

Hi elauriel, I think for you maybe doing one long nap?
We pushed her nap up a bit and extended it for 15min and that worked for a bit.
Now she's waking at the 2hr Mark on her own, and still waking middle of the night (now @ 12:30)
