Wake to sleep success stories? 35 min napper here
« on: January 31, 2019, 23:53:47 pm »
My lo wakes 30-35 mins into every nap. Think wake to sleep couldwork?  Has it worked for anyone?  I only did it one time and he still woke up moments later 😞 or any other ideas?

I’ve never had much luck with w2s. If she wakes I normally go in and try get her back down by putting on white noise and sitting with her. I normally give it 20mins, if she doesn’t go back down, I get her up. Normally she extends her nap....but not always. Sorry I couldn’t help more! Good luck.

I’m told W2S has to be done at least 5 days in a row then try not going in. In my case, it worked initially, maybe it was a fluke. Then it won’t work anymore. I had to find the right A time to extend nap times.

Yes it world for my first at 4.5mo for 45 minute naps.  You have to do it consistently for 1-2wks before you can stop in my experience. The wake 2 sleep did lengthen the naps i did it for immediately though.

It might not work is lo undertired.
