30 and 45 min naps for 11 week old

Hi

Just wanted to double check - 30 min naps are a sign of LO being overtired? And 45 min naps are a sign of undertired?

Haven’t done EASY since my last baby, 4 years ago!

Hi - can anyone confirm either way?

Having lots of trouble with naps and don’t know whether to extend or shorten A time!

Thanks

Generally from around 4mo 30mins usually means overtired & 45mins undertired, before 4mo it can often be that they just can't get their sleep cycles linked up as they aren't developmentally at that stage.
