My lo will turn 3 mid July and he will still nap some days in the car for 30 mins to 1.5 hours. He will go a few days without one though. He plays hard and is non stop and without the nap it’s a struggle to get through the afternoon. But what I’m noticing is on days where he doesn’t nap he’s up even earlier around 6/615 and on days he does nap he will sleep later in the morning. The nap never affects bedtime and he’s usually asleep around 8 sometimes 730 sometimes 830 which is late but just works for me with the older ones bedtime since we go upstairs together. Any ideas ?
