Hi there,

It's been 5 years since DD and I now have a DS who is 10 weeks on Thursday.

We are loosely following Easy... But don't have a fixed WU or BT so just go with the flow there currently. He tends to fall asleep in his bed between 7 and 8pm and sleeps through to  3.30 to 4.30am then back to bed 30 mins ish later where he sleeps for 3 to 4 hrs.

My DD was a cat napper til 5 months and then was in a routine of a short sleep in the morning, and sleep lunchtimeand a short sleep in the arvo. The third sleep she dropped at 6 months.

I'm wondering how to structure my sons day as my DD will be starting school soon and need a 3pm pick up so I'll need. To leave the house with my DS at 2.20pm latest.

Am I best trying for a long  ismorning nap or plan with a starting point of he needs to wake by 2pm?

His A currently is 1.45 to 2hrs.
He is breastfeed on demand usually 3 hrly occasionally 4, sometimes 2.5...

Look forward to your thoughts
