P.S. Alison, remember the prolactin starts dropping off at 3 months, if you're BFing. Say bye bye to one of nature's antidepressant acting hormones. No fair is it. I've been feeling a bit the same

OKay so Jency got his 4 month shots.  yuck.
He has stopped waking at 3:30am forthe last 2 nights.  He has also been sleepng longer (sorta).  Yesturday he slept from 8pm-11:30-1am-5am-7:45am.  I only had to go in at 7:00am and stick the pacifier in.  Last night he did this 8pm-11:30-1:30am-4am-and then it was every 30 min he would start to wimper and cry.  I thought maybe he had a air bubble but I was afraid if I picked him up he would wake up more so I just kept patting him all morning.  finally at 7:15 I said forget it.  I want him to sleep until 7:30 so I might as well jsut get him up.  So I picked him up and hewas still asleep.  I held him until 7:30 and then laid him back down then he slept until 7:50.  I hope tonight is a combination of both of them.
What I want is (we are on a 3.5 feeding)  bed at 8:30pm-1am-4:30am-7:30am or later.  He still hasn't eaten today and doesn't seem hungry so maybe we will be going to 4 hours here soon.  I would like to get the 11:30 waking out of the way and get him sleeping good until 7:30am (with the 2 feedings) and taking 2 good naps before going to 4 hours and then we will try to cut out the 1:00am feeding.

Adria -
Caeden rolled back to front at 3 months and has yet to roll front to back.
He sleeps on his back - really doesn't like tummy at all.
We are still swaddling so he doesn't move much at night - ie rolling, etc.

I too am trying to keep the night feeds 3-4 hours apart, although I will remind you that if he sleeps thru one don't worry about it! My ped says he can go at least 8 hours w/o feeding so I am trying to only feed if it has been longer then 3 hours since that last feed.

I have a million things to do today so I gotta run -
Have a great day everyone!

just had to post real quick:

Cait sleeps back and Never rolls.......you know, it hard to be a bump on a log and do physical stuff with all of that weight holding you  back.

BJ- I hear ya! I think Jake weighs about the same as Cait and he doesn't roll much either. About every three days or so he does it once but otherwise he just lays there like a bump on a log too! He sleeps on his back and only once has he turned on to his stomach and screamed bloody murder until we flipped him back over and re-swaddled!

Jake goes from his dreamfeed around 11 pm until his morning bottle between 7 and 7:30 p.m. He seems okay missing a feed.

Did anyone dress up their little ones for Halloween? Jake was a turtle! We just went trick-or-treating to the neighbors, but it was fun to dress him up!

Sleeping:  Always on back... only has rolled fr front to back a few times during tummy time.

Depression:  I too am beginning to feel like I'm on a huge down.  I was on anti depressants when I became pregnant for anxiety.  I was hoping the anxiety wouldn't come back after I didnt have any through the pregnancy.  It does however seem to be returning.  It must be around the 3 month mark...  strange.  Still haven't decided if I'm goign back on them... my Dr. wrote me a prescription if I want to get them.  (funny with anxiety that having the paper does help a little)

Dreams:  On another note, in the past three nights, I had 2 dreams about my period returning.... wonder if that means it will happen soon.

DS: Doing great, down to only 6 feeds a day.  Hope it's enough (posted on the bfing board)

Nice to hear all your stories.  Thanks for keeping us company!!

Luke gets to his tummy as fast as he can and he rolls all over the place!
God will give you exactly what you ask Him for, even if it's not in the package you expected it to be in.

Hi ladies!

Happy to report that Daniella is successfully on 3-3.5 EASY (with variations ;)). Still working on the naps, but last few nights she did 4-7 hours streches, which was fantastic!! Thank you so much for all the advice and help! Today for firsst time in ages managed to shower AND cook dinner

Trying to catch up with all the posts here...

BJ, well done on the tooth!! I keep checking DD's gums buut nothing there yet. But she is so happy when she manages to stuff her fists in her mouth :)

She can't roll over either, but is on the way... kind of rolls half to the side. Managed to pull few of the toys hanging on the gym and was so surprised. Wow, I can stare at her all day long!

Re sleeping- she sleeps on her back, swaddled. Trying to leave one arm out now and again, but still wakes up.

As for dreams,  I started dreamign alot recently (haven't for the last few months!) and have this obssesive dream I am pregnant  May be because AF still hasn't returned. It's kind of impossible though...

I was just thinking of buying Tracy's first book - do I need it considering I have the second one? Are they very similar?
