What type of Finger Foods
« on: July 25, 2005, 13:59:21 pm »
Our little guy is 9 months and we're trying to figure out what kind of finger foods he should be eating.  He likes the Arrowroot biscuits and Goldfish crackers, but hates Cheerios.

We're not sure what else is okay for him to be trying at this point.

Possibly a bit of bannana, graham crackers (melt in mouth easily).  From the book it says anything that you can mash easily in the roof of your mouth with just your tounge should be ok for a lo just learning with finger foods.  This rule of thumb has worked out pretty well for our ds that has had trouble learning to chew his food.
