Sleep times
« on: August 14, 2005, 18:35:27 pm »
I have a four month old baby boy and he is my first baby. I know this is going to sounds silly but I don't yet know when he is supposed to take a nap, he usually goes to bed around 9pm. But nap times are something I don't know about. Is there a schedule I should put him on? Or do I just put him to sleep when he is tired?
Please help

Check out some of the sample schedules

If you don't have a schedule yet, then I would suggest that you follow his cues for a few days to see if there is a pattern.  Just remember that all babies are different and you might need to adjust or tweak the schedule accordingly.

BTW, congrats on your lo!
