ok, so if it takes your lo 20 mins on average to get to sleep when do you count therer sleep from? If they go down at 11am and awake at 12.30 does that mean she's had 90 mins sleep or 20 mins?
?? How confusing!! :?

I would start counting when dd is breathing steadily and not moving about. Jerking/twitching is ok in light sleep.
