Well, got the tongue tie snipped today for Nyah. It was very quick and easy it seemed to me, Nyah only cried very briefly, and it sounded more like a hunger cry than a pain cry. Sadly it doesn't seem to have solved any of the pain issues yet
The specialist said that it may take her a couple of weeks to adapt to her new found mobility in that area, that my nipples will need to heal anyway, and that her very high palette may still cause problems anyway. Ho hum. So, it's just a case of wait and see, but thanks to those who wrote to give me their experiences, it seemed to go well and fingers crossed it was worth it.
