Toddler talking at night???
« on: August 25, 2005, 21:55:48 pm »
Hi all!
I am new to this board.  I have a 20 month old DS and a 2.5 month old DD.  Ironically, DD is sleeping through the night great but my toddler is waking up at various times in the night.  The kicker is that he doesn't cry.  He talks and laughs and bangs around in his crib.  This can go on for 2 hours sometimes.  Does anyone else have any experience with this?

Welcome! Talking and singing is how Josie used to fall asleep once upon a time.

Odds are good that the novelty will wear off at some point. Keep the room dark so there isn't anything exciting for him to look at, pop some popcorn, and enjoy the show.
