What has been your longest PU/PD session?
« on: August 27, 2005, 13:29:01 pm »
We are about to start sleep training tomorrow night (sunday)  :? and I was hoping to find out "what has been your longest PU/PD session?"

I am expecting A LOT of resistance but I am REALLY comitted (sickness permitting - yes he has been unwell for what feels like forever  )

I know that Tracy has said that you should break after a long time of crying (just quiet time) and then start again !

Does this still apply to a 16mth old and at bedtime or the middle of the night?   I'm worried that time away from PU/PD will indicate to him that if he cries enough he will be picked up and taken from his room.

Please if you have any pearl of wisdom these ears are all yours  :D

I'm sorry that nobody responded to your post last week.  How did PU/PD go this past week?
