Hi Charlene :)

Can you start by letting us know what your baby's routine is? What are her days like... how does she fall asleep for naps and how does she fall asleep at night? What does she eat during the day?

Tracey (author of the Baby Whisperer books) encourages teaching babies independent sleep habits... teaching them to fall alseep on their own, without the help of props (rocking, feeding, pacifier, etc.) Babies wake multiple times at night and if they need you to get back to sleep, they will call you in to help.

If you can provide a little bit more information, the kind parents here maybe able to help you get a little more sleep
