Hi my little girl is a 11 weeks old and on the 3 hour easy plan and falls a sleep and 7.30 and wakes around 4.30 for a feed then sleeps an till around 7.45 without  a dream feed!  she wouuld wake even if i gave her a dream feed is there any way i can get her to miss out waking up around 4.30 and sleeping a little longer till 7 :?

Some babies still need a feeding or two in the middle of the night at this age.  To have dd go 8-9 hrs without a feed is great!  If you really want to try to get rid of the 4 am feeding, maybe you should try the df again.  Just make sure that it sometimes take about 1 or 2 week to see the result.  At the same time you are doing this, you need to ready to soothe her back to sleep by either doing pat/shh, paci or wake to sleep.   Keep us updated with your progress.  Good luck.

Also, you are very near the 3month growth spurt, where feeding and eating can go haywire for a few days.
