Should I wake her up of long naps?
« on: August 30, 2005, 17:48:55 pm »
Hi. My 3 mo old dd can sleep a 3 hour nap every time. Weird uh. She usually naps 3 times a day. She is in a 4 hour easy. Should I wake her up at 1.75 hour? She usually sleeps from 8 am to 11, them from 12:30 to 2:30 and then from 4 to 6 in the afternoon. Should I modify something? She can sleep all night from 9 to 7 am with a df al 11. But it is hard to make her go to sleep at bedtime... say at 8, sometimes she goes down til 9:30. Any suggestion?

Don't wake her.  Why mess with a good thing?  If she's happy, let it go.  Some babies need more sleep than others.

I would maybe just adjust the afternoon sleep from 4pm-6pm to say 4pm-5pm.  Then she can stay awake until her bath, feed , bed at 7pm maybe? xx
