Transition to a bed!
« on: August 31, 2005, 04:42:13 am »
Our dd is 2years 2 months old and I was looking for some advice as to when we should start putting her into her 'big bed'. We got one a few months back and I've tried a couple of times to put her in it during the day but she drives me nuts after about a half our so I put her back in the cot and admit defeat!
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
 Michelle

My son is 2 years and 4 months.  He still sleeps in a crib.   I am going to wait as long as possible to move him to a bed.  He si comfortable in his crib, and he stays in there at night, eventhough he knows how to get out.  I am not one to thin kyou should rush it.  I would wait until they ask for it.  Eventually, they are going to want to move to a big bed.  Until then, whatever works for you.
