Is it possible to start by sleep training for only one nap?
« on: August 31, 2005, 20:35:12 pm »
I was reading some posts about moms who were exhausted from p/u p/d for every nap and someone suggested only working on one nap.  What happens for the other naps though?  Do you end up falling back on old patterns? ie. props.  Wouldn't this be confusing for baby?

Just going through unanswered posts...did you manage to get sleep training underway? How is it going? Did you start with just one nap or jump right in?
