HI,

OMG, i was putting him down too early!  I thought he was tired last night...so i only put him down 1.25 after waking from his catnap.  so he screamed the whole time because he wasn't tired :(

got a wonderful PM that helped me figure what Cole's awake times should be and I'm going to keep him up at least two hours (that includes 30 min. wind down)

This morning he struggled to go down and woke after 30 min., cried for 2 minutes and went back to sleep on his own for another HOUR

And just now he went down in 5 min. with two shush/pats from me and that's it!

STICK IT OUT LADIES!  I was so low yesterday I nearly through in the towel.  It can be done.
