Your routine looks really good.  What does she do when she wakes up?  What do you do when she wakes?  What time? How consistently?

it looks om the surface like she gets enough food.  do you think she wakes because she is overtired?

at 12 mo my dd was still on 2 naps a day (woke at 6am too) she would nap from about 8:45 for 45 min- 1 hr and then after lunch around 1:30-3 so then her awake time until bed was more evenly spaced rather than being up from 12:30.

if your lo really only wants one nap i woudl think about having it a little later in the day (start at 11:30 and eventually over the next few months shift it to 12:30) to try to shorten the afternoon/evening awake time
