15mth old waking up between 5.30-6am.
« on: September 04, 2005, 07:14:22 am »
Hi,

My dd has always woken up early usually between 6-6.30am, but now its getting earlier, 5.30-5.45am. I've always left her in her bed  if she woke up before 6am but that hasn't done anything to get her to sleep in. When she's up she all happy & ready to start the day.

She takes 2 naps a day; one at 10am & another at 3pm for 1hr 15mins each and is asleep by 7.30-7.45pm.

I tried to delay her bedtime yesterday (last resort) but she still woke up at 6am.

Is it time for one nap? Is hunger the cause?
Cheers,

Catharine

You could start working your way to one nap, definitely.  But remember, the time changes soon!
