Hello. Can you post what your routine looks like or if you don't have one yet can you post what a typical day looks like with your baby. Such as when he normally sleeps, is awake, and when and how much he is eating. That will help us help you. It sounds as if his days and nights are mixed up. Hopefully when we can see a typical day for your lo we can help figure out a plan for you. Hang in there.
