I usually post about napping problems we are having. I have also posted a number of times about how it bothers me that DS (7 months old) is still dependent upon the swaddle for every nap. Well, today I got brave and put him down for nap #1 with no swaddle. He slept 1.5 hours!!!! He's now down for nap #2 and he's been sleeping for 50 min so far.
I feel like a new woman. I am so happy that he has gotten to the place where he can sleep for long stretches with no sleep aid. It could be a fluke, but I am choosing to believe that he's kicked the dependency.
