Catnap then bedtime how long after?

Lately (past couple of weeks) every night when we put DD down to bed for the night, she wakes every hour until her DF.
She is on a 4 hour EASY and her bedtime is sometime between 6:30 and 7:30 depending on what time she got up in the a.m. and how her naps went during the day.

Some days I would put her down for the catnap around 3:30 pm, she would do a 45 minute nap. That would put her up at 4:15 pm and letting her go for 2 hours  or just over 2 hours would put her bedtime at 6:30 pm.
Is this too much time between the catnap and bedtime? Should I try to aim for a later catnap? How much time should be in between the catnap and night time? Should it be shorter than the regular 2 hours (on the 4 hour EASY)?

This is the only thing I can think of that would be causing her hourly wakings at night time. Any thoughts or suggestions?

hmmm... from what i remember, i don't think ds was doing 2 hours between the catnap and bedtime... think it was closer to 1.5, then his last feed & bed. 

you may want to try that timing & see if it helps.

Thanks for the tip...we tried that last night, kept her up for a shorter time from after her catnap. She woke up at 5:05 pm, we fed her at 6:20 pm and down at 6:45. She went straight to sleep and didn't wake once until 3 am!
